No- we're not kidding it's 29degrees! Unfortunately the high temperatures have triggered off a few big forest fires already.
.(thank goodness we live near the fire station!)
Anyway, lots of flowers are out already, including iris, roses and tulips; hostas, rhubarb and gunneras are up, and as I was watering the greenhouse I noticed we have a lodger- he's a lizard and I've named him Eddie (Paul says thats totally unoriginal but I thought it was funny)

The builders have been working on the granite wall on the back of the house. It's the old stone from the ruin which was here originally so it's nice to have that bit of character back.
