Grand designs!

had a great week with Richie- lots going on, including a day up on the Serra mucking about in the snow, the carnival, and buying two new chickens at the market on Sunday. Clover continues to settle in well and the house is shooting up!

YAAAAAAAAARRRIIIIBBBBBBBAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!

Carnival day yesterday- like last year- quite surreal! (We managed to get out of sitting on a love seat beneath a giant heart (paul-''dont they know i'm nearly forty''!!))

We begin the celebrations having lunch outside with friends here, followed by the carnival- a good viewpoint from a friends garden in the village with a couple of bottles of red wine, and then a beer in the square with the floats, and then driven back to through the village on the back of the bar float to our local bar!

Home to a big cup of tea!
